摘　　要：在Windows98环境下,详细介绍了打印机接口、数据通信原理、用C++Builder5.0的嵌入式汇编 功能,通过直接对打印机端口的读写实现了打印机联机状态的检测,实现很方便且检测到的状态比其他方法更 好。最后提出了利用PC机的打印机接口应用于其他数据通信场合的设想。The paper gives a detail introduction to the printer interface,data communication principle and embedded assembling function with C++ Builder 5. 0 under Windows 98 environment,and detection of on -line state of printer is implemented through directly reading/writing printer port,it is very convenient for implementation and the detected state is better than that with the other methods. And the paper finally puts forward the tentative idea that applies PC printer interface in the other data communication.
