摘　　要：通过对我国优秀运动员早期培养阶段的剖析 ,简析了优秀运动员早期培养中要注意的几个共性问题 ,提出了培养优秀运动员的几个要素。Through an analysis of the four stages in the outstanding atheletes early cultivating and traing in China,this paper illustrates some general problems in the early period that need attacking importance to and puts forward corresponding solutions.
