摘　　要：针对优质米生产过程中易出现的问题,从品种选择、种子处理、秧田管理、施肥除草等各个环节入手,详细地介绍了优质米水稻栽培的关键技术。提出浸种消毒、适时早播、炼苗阶段注意补水、脱粒时严禁品种间混杂等可行性建议,有利于稻米品质产量的提高。Aiming to several problems easy to occur on producing high quality ri ce,from on variety select,seeds treatment ,young plants management ,applying fertilizer and controlling weeds,introduce the key cultivating technology in d etail.Some feasible advices:seed soaking and sterilizing,sowing early in pro per,water supplying at the stage of exercising young plants and forbidding mixi ng different varieties are advanced.
