摘 要:以LLDPE为原料 ,添加山梨醇亚苄基衍生物作成核剂 ,采用微交联工艺 ,制备了高透光、增强型超薄玉米专用地膜。讨论了成核剂和过氧化物用量对薄膜光学性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明 ,10 0质量份LLDPE中成核剂用量在 0 1~ 0 3份时 ,薄膜的力学和光学性能较佳。应用试验表明 ,超薄膜与裸地相比可增产 7% ,每公顷增收大于10 0 0元。High transparent, reinforced and super thin special mulch films for corn growing were prepared by means of micro crosslinking, with LLDPE as raw material and benzylidene sorbitol derivant as nucleator The effects of nucleator and peroxide contents on the optical and mechanical properties of the films were discussed The results showed when the mass fraction of the nucleator was 0 1~0 3phr in 100phr LLDPE, the film had good optical and mechanical properties The practical application of the film indicated that by the use of this film, the yield of corn increased by 7%,and the income in corn increased by RMB 1000 Yuan per hectare
