摘 要:研究钛酸丁酯水解沉淀法制备纳米 Ti O2 粒子的方法 ,考察水解反应介质组成、酸碱性、回流与共沸处理 ,添加聚合物等反应与处理条件对所制得 Ti O2 粒子粒径、形貌的影响 .发现钛酸丁酯在碱性或中性条件下 ,醇水之比较小的含少量聚乙二醇的介质中水解反应 ,低温短时间脱除有机溶剂并经低温短时煅烧所制得的纳米 Ti O2 粒子是由数个锐钛晶型晶粒构成的纳米 Ti O2 粒子 ,粒子粒径小 。The method of the controlled hydrolysis of ethanol diluted n-butyl titanate is investigated. The important preparing conditions, such as reaction medium, pH value, reflux time or azeotropic distillation time, added polymer, etc., which might affect significantly the diameter distribution and the morphology of the yielded nanometer TiO 2 particles, are examined thoroughly. It is found that in alkaline or neutral reaction mediums of smaller ratio of alcohol to water containing polyethylene glycol, the TiO 2 particles, obtained by the hydrolysis of n-butyl titanate, and removing organic solvents and calcining at lower temperatures, are smaller ball particles with clear surface, which may be nanometer TiO 2 particles consisting of a few crystals of anatase crystal form.
