摘　　要：随着中国加入WTO ,中国烟草业面临的机遇与挑战同时存在。根据中美两国政府签定的各项合作协议 ,以日本为例分析加入WTO对中国烟草业的影响 ,并对云南烟草业的现状和面临的挑战进行了分析。With China's entry into the WTO, China's tobacco industry is faced with both opportunities and challenges. According to the Sino-American cooperative agreements, and taking Japan for example, this paper analyses the influence of China's entry into the WTO on China's tobacco industry, and makes a further analysis of the situation and the challenges faced by Yunnan tobacco.
