关于水土保持工作的总结与思考

摘　　要：根据多年对水土保持科学研究与治理的实践,结合近几年面上的调查结果,进一步提出了水土保持的指导思想;从8个方面总结了水土保持工作的基本经验:关于综合治理、关于基本农田建设、关于植被建设、关于养殖业、关于经济林、关于水土保持与区域经济发展、关于西部生态环境建设的特点和关于示范点的建设;阐明了当前水土保持工作的特点;指出了当前水土保持工作中存在的主要问题;最后提出了自己的建议。Based on the many year scientific research and practice on soil and water conservation, combining with the field investigation results of Loess Plateau, the guidance ideologies were put forward. Meanwhile, the basic experiences of soil and water conservation were also concluded as follows, the integrated management, the basic farmland construction, the vegetation reconstruction, the breed husbandry, the fruit forestry, the soil and water conservation and regional economic development, the characteristics of west ecoenvironment construction, and the establishment of experimental demonstration region. The characteristics and existent main problems of soil and water conservation research were presently studied for bringing forward some proposes.
