摘  要:随着近年来互联网的迅速发展,IP业务呈现出爆炸式增长的趋势。由于IP业务自身所具有的特点(如自相似性、收发数据不对称性等),对于承载光网络来说,下一步不仅要提高传输链路的带宽和容量,还要提高光网络的智能性,以满足IP业务对传输和交换系统的要求。从下一代光网络的发展趋势入手,分析了两种向下一代光网络演进的模型———域业务模型和统一业务模型,并对下一代光网络中引入的MPLS/GMPLS控制平面作了介绍。With the rapid development of Internet in recent years,IP service takes on explosive increasing trend.Due to the features of IP service(such as self -comparability and asymmetry of receiving and transmitting data,etc.),the next step for optical carrier network is to increase bandwidth and capacity of transmission link as well as to improve intelligence of optical networks to meet the requirements of IP services for transmission and switching system.Starting with the developing trends of next generation optical network,two models of evolution to next generation optical network are analyzed—— — field service model and unified service model.MPLS/GMPLS control plane in next generation optical network is also introduced.
