摘　　要：介绍了一种用于MPEG-2中传输流(transport stream,TS)码率调整的方法,提出并设计了基于EPLD实现的硬件方案。该方案采用数字式频率合成DDS技术为TS提供精度很高的时钟,避免了信号源时钟的同步问题。实验表明:该调整系统消除了信号源传输过程中可能存在的频率抖动现象,使TS中的码率调整得到了显著改善,可广泛应用于多媒体通信、数字视频传输等码率调整的场合。This paper introduces a method for MPEG-2 transport stream (TS) code-rate adjustment,and analyses the frame structure of a MPEG-2 transport stream,and designs a TS code-rate adjustment system. The results demonstrate that the presented method is practical and useful. It not only produces a precise clock but also avoids the clock synchronous problem.
