摘  要:目的 观察生骨片对激素性股骨头坏死的治疗作用。方法 选用Wistar大鼠 6 0只 ,分为生骨片高、中、低剂量 (5 4 0g ,2 70g ,1 35g生药 kg)组 ,阳性对照组、模型对照组和空白对照组。连续灌胃给药 15 0d ,测量相关血生化、性激素及骨代谢动力学值。结果 生骨片可降低血清ALP、ACP含量 (P <0 0 5 ) ,促进钙、磷沉积 (P <0 0 5 ) ,生骨片高、中剂量组与模型对照组相比较在钙盐沉积光密度、完整骨小梁相对值和骨小梁总面积等方面均出现极显著性差异 (P <0 0 0 1,P <0 0 1)。结论 生骨片能促进生化代谢和钙磷沉积 。Objective\ To observe the effects of “Sheng\|Gu\|Pian” on Glucocorticoid\|induced avascular necrosis of femoral head.Method\ 60 Wistar rats were divided into 6 groups:the low\|,the middle\|,the high\|dosage(1.35,2.70,5.40g crude drug/kg),the positive drug control,the negative control group and the model control group.The drugs were administered(i.g)daily for 150 days,test the values of serum biochemistry,serum steroid and bone metabolic motivation.Results\ Sheng\|gu\|Pian can decrease the contents of ALP and ACP in serum ( P <0.05),accelerated the sediment speed of serum Calcium and Phosphorus ( P <0.05).Compared with model control group,the high\|and middle\|dosage group were high significant differences in aspects of optical density of Calcium salt sediment,relative value of bone trabecula and total area of bone trabecula.( P<0.001;P<0.01 ).Conclusion\ “Sheng\|Gu\|Pian” can improve biochemistry metabolism and accelerate sediment of serum Calcium and Phosphorous.There are some effects in proventive and treatment for the GANFH.
