摘　　要：目的 :优选前列康宁胶囊制备工艺。方法 :以浸膏得率 ,丹参酮ⅡA 提取转移率为指标 ,应用正交试验优选回流提取工艺。结果 :最佳提取工艺为A3 B2 C3 ,即加药材 6倍量的 90 %乙醇回流提取 3h ,共提取 1次。结论Objective: To optimize the preparation process of Qianliekangning Capsules. Methods: The extraction condition of percolation was established with the extract yield and extraction transfer rate of tanshinoneⅡ A as markers and the optimum condition for reflux method also was selected with the orthogonal test. Results:The optimum extracting condition was A3B2C3, that is, adding 6 times amount of 90% alcohol and refluxing and extracting for 3h (totally extracting for once). Conclusion: The optimized process is stable and feasible.
