摘　　要：高氯化聚乙烯 (HCPE)是一种耐化学腐蚀的高分子材料 .改性后的高氯化聚乙烯高分子材料是以高氯化聚乙烯为主体 ,辅以增塑剂、除锈剂和钛合金等辅料改性 ,并经过科学工艺研制而成的新型防腐涂料 .该新产品具有耐强酸、强碱、盐水和盐雾等化学介质的腐蚀 ,特别是抗老化性能达到国家标准 (GB T14 5 2 2 -1993)的 5倍 .High chlorine polyethylene(HCPE)is a kind of anticorrosive coating, and was widely used before. Modified high polymer material is a new kind of anticorrosive coating. It is mainly made of HCPE, appending plasticizer, rust remover, and titanium alloy. The new product is able to bear the corroding of chemical medium such as strong acid, alkali, salt solution, salt fog, and so on. Aging resistance of the new product is about 5 times of that of the Chinese National Standard GB/T14522-1993.
