鼻导管吸氧导管插入长度的临床再研究

摘　　要：目的 :为探讨鼻导管吸氧时导管插入长度。方法 :对 60 6例次鼻尖至耳垂导管插入实际长度及插入 2 /3估计长度和 2 /3实际长度进行统计学分析比较。结果 :对需立即给氧病人选择按照总体均数 9.5cm为固定插入长度 ,对定时给氧及按时更换鼻导管的病人选择按其实测鼻尖至耳垂长度的 2 /3插入。结论 :鼻导管应按厘米加刻度标记 ,以 9.Objective:to explore the insertion length of nasal tube during oxygen inhalation of patients.Methods:a total of 606 cases/times of patients accepted oxygen inhalation were analyzed on their nasal tube actual insertion length from apex of nose to the ear lobe, two thirds of evaluated insertion length, and two thirds of actual insertion length.Results:for patients who need oxygen inhalation immediately inserted nasal tube at an overall average length of 9.5 cm. For patients who accepted oxygen inhalation regularly or changed the nasal tube timely, their nasal tube inserted according to their actual length from the apex of nose to the ear lobe precisely. It is simple and easy to manipulate.Conclusion: nasal tube for oxygen inhalation should give a mark with cm on it, and 9.5 cm may be used as a fixed insertion length.
