摘　　要：目的　回顾分析采用骨栓加钢板联合内固定的方法治疗胫骨平台骨折的疗效。使用这种内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折 ,方法简单 ,固定牢靠 ,效果良好。方法　收治 5 8例胫骨平台骨折。切开复位 ,用骨栓加钢板联合内固定。术后两周使用CMP被动和主动非持重功能锻炼 ,八周后逐渐负重。结果　随访时间 6个月～ 6年 ,5 8例随访 5 6例 ,随访率为 97% .按Merchant评定分标准 ,本组病例优良率达 89.3 %。结论　采用切开复位 ,骨栓与钢板联合内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折方法较为简单 ,损伤小 ,疗效可靠。可防止胫骨平台塌陷的并发症 ,有利于患者下肢早期功能锻炼。适合基层医院操作和掌握。Objective To find the better method for treatmtnt of fracture of the tibial plateau.Methods We reviewed 58 cases of fracture of the tibial plateau to be treated by opreated and fixated with internal fixation both wobb bolt and plates.Results thefollow-up was6to72mothes.In these cases,good result was 89.3%.Conclusion The method is simple,the injury is little.In the early stage after the operation cooperated CMP Physical training without weight-bearing.To do so can prevented the joint stiff and subside of the tibial plateau.
