济阴口服液药理实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :对济阴口服液的药理作用进行实验研究。方法 :观察济阴口服液对未成年雌性大鼠动情期 ,子宫、卵巢、肾上腺重量和血清雌二醇合量的影响 ;观察济阴口服液对去卵巢雌性小鼠性器官、腺体的影响 ;观察济阴口服液的抗疲劳作用、常压耐缺氧作用、镇静作用和对戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间的影响。结果 :济阴口服液可引发未成年雌性大鼠提前形成动情期 ,提高其血清雌二醇含量 ,增加其子宫、卵巢和肾上腺重量 ;可显著增加去卵巢雌性小鼠子宫、卵巢和肾上腺重量 ;可显著增强小鼠的抗疲劳和耐缺氧能力 ,抑制小鼠的自发活动数。结论 :济阴口服液有雌激素样作用 ,有抗疲劳、耐缺氧和镇静作用。Objective :To study the pharmacological actions of Jiyin Oral Liquid. Methods :To observe the influences of Jiyin Oral Liquid on the estrus,the weights of womb,ovary,adrenal gland and the estraiol in serum in the nonage female rats;observe the influences of Jiyin Oral Liquid on the weights of the womb,thymus and adrenal gland in the ovary removed female mice;observe the actions of resistance of fatigue,anti lack oxygen in frequent pressure,calmness of Jiyin Oral Liquid;observe the influence of sleeping time under pentobarbital sodium of Jiyin Oral Liquid. Results :Jiyin Oral Liquid can cause the estrus in advance in the nonage female rats,increase the quantity of estradiol in the serum,increase the weights of womb,ovary and adrenal gland in the nonage female rats,increase the weight of womb,thymus and adrenal gland in the ovary removed female mice,enhance the anti fatigue,anti lack oxygen in frequent pressure,restrain the spontaneous activity of mice. Conclusion :Jiyin Oral Liquid has the actions of estrogen like,anti fatigue,anti lack oxygen and calmness.
