摘　　要：目的 :观察几丁糖预防腰椎间盘突出症术后神经根粘连的效果。方法 :1998年 8月～ 2 0 0 1年 6月 ,对 84例腰椎间盘突出症实施髓核摘除手术 ,术后注射 2 %几丁糖凝胶液 2ml,根据临床症状的改善程度及肢体抬高试验判断标准观察疗效。结果 :注射几丁糖后 ,随访 1个月～ 1年 ,肢体抬高试验从术前平均 35°提高到 6 5° ,优良率达 94 %。结论 :几丁糖对预防腰椎间盘突出症术后神经根粘连有一定效果 。Objective :Toobservetheeffectsofchitosanonthepreventionofnerverootadhesionafterthe operationoflumbarintervertebraldiscprotrusion .Methods :FromAugust 1998toJune 2 0 0 1,theremovalof nucleuspulposuswereperformedin 84patientswithlumbarintervertebraldiscprotrusion .aftertheoperations , chitosan(2 % ,2ml)wasinjected .Theclinicalefficacywereevaluatedaccordingtotheimprovementofclinical symptomandthestandardsofstraightlegraisingtest .Results :Allthepatientswerefollowedupfrom 1month to 1yearafterinjectingchitosan .Theaverageangleofstraightlegraisingtestimprovedfrom 35degreespreop erativelyto 6 5degreespostoperatively .Theexcellentandgoodratewas 94 % .Conclusion :Chitosaniseffective inthepreventionofnerverootadhesionaftertheoperationoflumbarintervertebraldiscprotrusion .Itisakind ofidealbiologicalmaterial..
