复方丹参、纳洛酮治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病66例报告

摘　　要：目的:观察复方丹参注射液和纳洛酮治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的疗效。方法:66例HIE患儿在常规治疗的基础上加用复方丹参注射液10～15d和纳洛酮3～7d静滴治疗,并与60例常规治疗的患儿对照。结果:治疗组总有效率90.9％,对照组总有效率73.3％,P<0.05。结论:复方丹参注射液和纳洛酮治疗HIE疗效显著,未见明显不良反应。Objective: To observe the effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza compound and naloxone on neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods: 66 neonates with HIE were treated with salvia miltiorrhiza compound and naloxone in the form of intravenous drip added to the routine treatment and 60 neonates with HIE were treated with routine treatment (the control group). Salvia miltiorrhiza compound and naloxone were used for 10 - 15 d and 3 - 7 d respectively. Results: The overal response rate was 90. 9% in the treatment group and 73. 3% in the control group, respectively, P < 0. 05. Conclusion: Injection of salvia miltiorrhiza compound and naloxone has very good curative effects on neonates with HIE, no side effects were found.
