外周血单核细胞与缺血性心脏病关系的初步研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨缺血性心脏病患者外周血单核细胞数目的变化。方法 :对缺血性心脏病患者外周血单核细胞进行计数并与对照组比较。结果 :与对照组比较 ,急性心肌梗死患者发作期、不稳定性心绞痛患者外周血数明显增高 ,而稳定性心绞痛患者单核细胞数变化不明显。结论 :外周血单核细胞数对急性心肌梗死患者和不稳定性心绞痛患者的诊断、治疗有一定的参考价值。Objective:To study the change of monocytes' number in blood of the patients with ischemic heart disease.Methods:Measure the number of monocytes in patients blood and compare with constrast.Results:Compared with constrast,the number of monocytes of the patients with unstable angina pectoris or actue myocardial infarction is large obviously ,and the change of monocytes number of the patients with stable angina pectoris is not obviously.Conclusions:Measuring the number of monocytes in blood is important to diagnose, treat or prevent unstable angina pectoris and actue myocardial infarction.
