容易混淆的回盲部疾病——结核、淋巴瘤及克罗恩病

摘　　要：目的　通过对以回盲部病变为主的 1 2例肠道结核、8例肠淋巴瘤及 2 4例肠道克罗恩病的临床表现及诊断方法的回顾分析 ,找出其特点并比较不同的诊断方法。方法　对三种疾病的症状、体征、实验室检查以及影像学特点及内镜所见进行分析比较。结果　发现三者均以男性发病率为高 ,年龄分布以肠结核与克罗恩病较为年轻。结论　这三种临床表现相近的肠道疾病在鉴别诊断上是有一定困难的 ,但通过以上分析还是能找出一些异同点的。影像学检查各具特点 ,但除了克罗恩病以外 ,误诊率较高。内镜检查是至关重要的 ,但由于这三种疾病大多位于黏膜下 。Objective\ To describe clinical charateristics of bowel intestinal tuberculose(TB), bowel lymphoma and intestinal Crohn′s disease(CD) Method\ 12 bowel intestinal tuberculose(TB),8 bowel lymphoma and 24 cases of intestinal Crohn′s disease were analyed retrospectively. Results\ Male patients were predorminate in all three diseases, the average age in TB and CD cases was younger than that in intestinal lymphoma cases.Conclusion\ The different diagnose is difficult for three bowel diseases with clinical resemble manifestations,but find each characteristic through careful analyse. Endoscopy is much more important investigation for diagnose correctly.
