摘  要:目的 :探讨银杏叶片、红景天和酪氨酸对高原人体力竭运动心肌酶活性的影响。方法 :对进驻海拨 370 0m高原半年的 30名健康青年随机分为银杏叶片组、红景天组和酪氨酸组 ,每组 10人。在服药前、服药第 15天分别进行运动至力竭 ,检测血中天冬氨酸氨基转移酶 (AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、α -羟丁酸脱氢酶 (α -HBDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)及其同功酶 (CK -MB)活性。结果 :服药前力竭运动后较安静时AST、LDH、α -HBDH、CK及CK -MB活性均升高 (P <0 0 1)。服药后力竭活动后较安静时银杏叶片组和酪氨酸组AST、CK、LDH、CK -MB增高 (P <0 0 5或 0 0 1) ,α -HBDH无统计学差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;红景天组AST、LDH、α-HBDH、CK及CK -MB均增高 (P <0 0 5或0 0 1)。服药后较服药前 3组青年AST、LDH、α -HBDH、CK及CK -MB活性均降低 (P <0 0 5或0 0 1)。结论 :三种药物均对低氧运动心肌细胞损伤有保护作用 ,使细胞膜通透性降低 。Objective:To study the effect of ginkgo tablet on plasma level of myocardial enzyme at high altitude.Method:30 health youths were random divided into three groups(ginkgo group?rhodiola group and tyrosine group.10 subjects per group),who have stayed 3700m altitude for 6 months.Their plasma levels of AST?LDH?α-HBDH? CK and CK-MB were examined before and after taking medicine for 15 days and after exhaustion exercise.Results:As compared with those at rest the activity of myocardial enzyme were significantly increased after exhaustion exercise(P<0 01)after taking medicine for 15 days the plasma levels of AST?CK?LDH.and CK-MB were increased both in ginkgo.group and tyrosine group,and all indexes were increased in rhodiola group(P<0 05 P<0 01).As compared with those before taking drugs the activity of myocardial enzyme were significantly decreased in three groups(P<0 05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Ginkgo tablet,rhodiola capsule and tyrosine powder can improve the plasma level of myocardial enzyme and protect cardiocyte from hypoxic and exercise harm.
