摘　　要：数字图书馆和信息资源建设是国家重要基础设施和当今经济增长的战略资源 ,成为评价一个国家信息基础水平的重要标志和世界各国文化科技竞争的焦点之一。本文结合温州市图书馆数字资源建设的实践 ,介绍了资源建设的原则、标准、策略、经验、体会以及网络资源采集 ,图像资源著录等 ,对市级公共图书馆数字资源建设。Digital library and information resources construction are state important basic facilities and strategy resources of economic increase nowadays,becoming an important sign of appraising a state information basic level and one of the focuses of cultural scientific and technological competition in every countries of the world.Combining the practice of digital resources construction in Wenzhou library.This article introduces the policy,standard,tactics,experience,understanding of resources construction and network resources collection,picture resources record,and so on.lt plays an role of reference on digital resources construction of city public library and digital library construction.
