纤维胆道镜在肾结石开放手术中的应用(附38例报告)

摘　　要：目的 :探讨纤维胆道镜在肾结石开放手术中的应用价值。方法 :将纤维胆道镜应用于肾盂切开取石术治疗肾多发结石患者 38例 ,术中经纤维胆道镜介入液电碎石 ,并配合钳夹冲洗等方法取出结石。结果 :36例获得成功 ,2例失败。结论 :肾多发结石经肾盂切开并配合纤维胆道镜治疗是一种安全有效的方法 ,具有对肾脏损伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优点 。Purpose:To evaluate the application of choledochofiberscope to pyelolithotomy.Methods:The choledochofiberscope were applied to multiple nephrolithotomy through pelvis. During the surgical procedure, the choledochofiberscope, electrohydraulic crushing, forceps and syringe were used to get rid of the kidney stones.Results:All the 38 cases except two were fairly successful in getting rid of all the stones. This techniques could also detect other pathological changes in pelvis and kidney calices which might be concomitantly managed. The procedure causes less trauma to the kidney and brings less complications. It has the advantage of fast recovery.Conclusions:It is safe and effective to carry out multiple nephrolithotomy by cutting pelvis open and by using the choledofiberscope to aid the removal of kidney stones.
