摘　　要：　阐述了管线资料手工管理与城市化发展的矛盾,简单介绍了该系统的数据库设计;说明了兰州市地下管线规划管理信息系统的总体结构;以及系统的基本功能——数据输入、存储、编辑、操作运算、数据查询、检索、应用分析、数据显示、结果输出、数据更新,量算与统计、规划与管理等;并提出影响该系统推广应用的问题及建议.The contradiction between hand management of the line data and the seedy urbanization is discussed. The disign of the database and the overall structure of underground lines and their program management system are briefly introduced. The basic skills of this system including data input, storage and editing, operation and calculation, data inquiry, retrieval and application analysis, data shows, results exported, data updated, calculation and statistics, program and management etc. are elaborated. Related problems and suggestions are also abvanced here.
