银川市公寓老年人生活质量调查分析

摘　　要：目的 :调查银川市公寓老年人生活质量并提供给地方政府 ,以便在制定相关政策时参考。方法 :采用生活质量调查表对银川市公寓 2 32名老年人进行了调查 ,将生活质量综合得分、生活满意度作为生活质量评价指标。结果 :生活质量综合得分为良者占 2 3 3% ,中者占 5 6 % ,差者占 2 0 7% ,影响老年人生活质量的主要因素有慢性病、经济收入、婚姻状况等。结论 :银川市公寓老年人生活质量接近国内同龄老年人水平 ,患有慢性病、低收入和丧偶的老年人是社会的脆弱人群。Objective:To survey the situation of life qualities of the old residents housing in apartments in Yinchuan city and to offer the evidence of living condition which must be considered by local government.Methods:Two hundred thirty two old residents (135 males,97 females), aged between 51-97 years,were enrolled and their living qualities surveyed with questionnaire,in terms of comprehensive evaluation score and satisfactory extent score.Results:Out of all residents to be surveyed, 54(25.3%)residents led happy life,130(56%)residents felt satisfied,48(20.7%)resident felt uneasy.Conclusion:Life qualities of old residents housing in aqartments located in municipal district in Yinchuan approach in general the nationwide standard of old population.The old residents with chronic diseases or with lower income or losing married partners seem to be physically and psychically fragile population in society.
