美沙酮与人工冬眠治疗海洛因依赖后一年随访结果比较

摘　　要：目的 :比较美沙酮与人工冬眠治疗海洛因依赖者脱毒后 1a的操守情况。方法 :分别对用美沙酮及人工冬眠治疗过的海洛因依赖者进行出院后 1a随访 ,定期测量其心理渴求情况并对操守情况进行比较。结果 :美沙酮治疗的病人 1a的操守率为 3 4.78% ,高于人工冬眠治疗的操守率 (10 .3 4% ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论Objective: A comparison of relapse rate was made between methadone treatment and artificial hibernation for heroin dependent patients. Methods: One-year follow-up was made for the patients who were detoxified by methadone or artificial hibernation. Drug craving and relapse rate were assessed and compared between the two groups. Results: The relapse rate of the patients detoxified by methadone was significantly lower than that of artificial hibernation in one-year follow-up. Conclusion: Methadone detoxification is associated with the lower relapse rate of heroin dependent patients.
