海洛因滥用者中HIV感染变化情况

摘　　要：目的 :了解海洛因滥用者中HIV感染变化情况及滥用方式与HIV感染的关系。方法 :采用“HIV感染者一般情况登记表”对我所 2 0 0 0年和 2 0 0 1年收治的海洛因滥用者中HIV感染者进行回顾性分析。结果 :2 0 0 0年共收治海洛因滥用者 2 2 5 4例 ,检测出HIV抗体阳性 2 7例 ,占 1.2 % ;2 0 0 1年共收治海洛因滥用者 2 45 2例 ,HIV抗体阳性 80例 ,占 3 .3 % ,两年比较HIV感染率差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ;2 0 0 0年 2 7例HIV感染者中采用注射方式滥用者 16例 ,占 5 9.2 % ,烫吸 11例 ,占 40 .7% ;2 0 0 1年 80例HIV感染者中注射方式滥用者 5 4例 ,占 67.5 % ,烫吸 2 6例 ,占3 2 .5 % ,2 0 0 1年采用注射方式滥用者高于 2 0 0 0年 (P <0 .0 5 )。两年的HIV感染者在年龄分布上有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :吸毒人群中HIV感染率快速增长 ,采用静脉注射人数上升 ,说明静脉注射仍是HIV感染的主要途径 ,但是非静脉注射者中HIV感染的比例也很高。Objective :To investigate the change of HIV infection status and the relationship between drug abuse modes and HIV infection in heroin abusers . Methods : An investigation was conducted with self-designed survey questionnaires in heroin abusers enrolled for detoxification in 2000 and 2001 The HIV positive cases were analyzed . Results : There were 2254 heroin abusers enrolled in 2000, 27 cases (1.2%) were tested as anti-HIV positive , while 2452 heroin abusers were enrolled in 2001, 80 cases(3.3%) ere found anti-HIV positive ,showing significant difference in the rates ( P <0.01). Among the 27 HIV positive cases in 2000, 16 (59.2%) were IDUs , 11(40.7%) were non-IDUs , while among the 80 HIV positive cases in 2001, 54(67.5%) were IDUs and 26(32.5%) were non-IDU S , also showing difference in the rates ( P <0.05). Difference in age distribution was also observed in the positive cases between 2000 and 2001. Conclusion : The number of HIV infective cases has been increasing among drug abusers .More drug abusers adopt intravenous injection mode , whichindicates intravenous injection is still themain factor of HIV infection . However , the rate of HIV infection isalso highamong non-IDUs .
