摘　　要：澳门刑法有关累犯的规定具有鲜明的大陆法系刑法累犯规定的特征 ,将大陆与澳门地区累犯制度作比较有助于我们清晰地认识两地累犯制度的历史由来、特征和优缺点 ,对完善两地。The stipulations of Macao criminal law concerning recidivism are typical of those of the mainland criminal law. A comparative study of their recidivist systems contributes to our understanding of their respective history, characteristics and good and weak points and therefore is of great significance to the perfection of the recidivist system of the mainland and Macao, especially of the former.
