摘　　要：从理论和实践的结合上阐述了实行人民币自由兑换的条件和利弊。认为随着我国经济的快速发展 ,人民币完全自由兑换的条件日臻成熟。The conditions, advantages and disadvantages to carry out the free exchange of Renminbi were discussed from a theoretical and practical point of view.It has been considered that, with the rapid development of China’s economy, the conditions for a complete free exchange of Renminbi is becoming more and more mature.
