电子商务环境下施工索赔标准及支持平台研究

摘　　要：研究了电子商务环境下施工索赔管理的运作特点和信息模型 ,在分析传统索赔管理模式不足的基础上 ,建立了施工索赔领域的信息交换和电子商务的行业标准语言CCML ,讨论了向下兼容已有索赔数据资源的中间层和虚拟数据库 。Based on analyzing the function characteristics and information models of the claim management in E business, and the deficiency of claim management pattern in existence, industry standard of construction claims for information interchange and E business were set up. The mesosphere and virtual database to hold the claim data resource in existence were studied. The theory frame of claim decision support platform was discussed using the technical platform idea.
