摘 要:建立了CaO再碳酸化的微粒模型 ,研究了CO2 体积分数、反应温度等因素对反应的影响 .研究表明 ,在本实验条件下 ,存在一个最佳再碳酸化温度 (在 6 80~ 730℃之间 ) .当温度过高时 ,部分产物发生分解 ,气体通过产物层的扩散阻力随着温度的增加而变大 。A grain model for carbonation reaction of CaO was built. The effects of such factors as CO 2 concentration and reaction temperature on the reaction were studied. The results showed that the carbonation reaction characteristics of CaO were consistent with product layer diffusion controlled mechanism. CO 2 concentration and the best temperature for the reaction was between 680~730?℃. When the temperature was higher, some parts of product began to decompose. The diffusion obstacle increased with the increase of the temperature, and the clogging in some parts of gaps caused the conversion to decrease.
