摘　　要：网络经济的发展,需要能够处理电子单据和进行电子货币结算的一种全新的财务管理模式,因此网络财务应运而生。作者就网络财务的有关概念、实施技术、管理方式、人员要求以及安全等问题进行了探讨。With the development of networks economy,we demand a new way of financial management about electronic vouchers and elctronic money processing. And networks finance is grown up. The article discusses the concepts relative to networks financial,operating technolgy,management method,requirement of man and safety control.
