摘　　要：中国加入WTO后,原有传统企业统计的外部环境、运营方式、统计核算的任务和功能、统计对象范围以及统计方法等必然要面临严峻的挑战。因此,要使企业健康和谐的发展,必须积极采取措施,制定应对策略:及时转变经营理念,建立健全信息管理系统,完善企业统计法制建设和管理体制,培养高素质的统计人才。Since the entry into WTO, the traditional organizational statistics are bound to face severe challenges in terms of external environment, operational manner, the tasks and functions of statistical calculation, the statistical objects and range, and statistical manner, etc. So in order to keep the organizations developing healthily and harmoniously, transference must be made in all the relating aspects, and measures must be taken actively to make corresponding strategies. The point is to transfer managing conception in time, completely and soundly establish MIS, perfect organizational statistical legal construction and managing system, and educate high quality organizational statistical talents.
