摘  要:襄樊电厂 4台 30 0MW汽轮机的汽封采用传统的合金钢材料。系统分析认为 ,由于汽封材质性能不良 ,造成汽封漏汽严重 ,真空下降 ,对机组的经济性和安全性产生严重影响。通过对汽封进行技术改造 ,采用新材料的铁素体及铜合金汽封 ,解决了漏汽问题 。Traditional alloy steel materials were used for steam seal glands on four 300 MW steam turbines in Xiangfan Power Plant, Through systematic analysis, it is considered that the serious steam seal gland leakage was caused by the bad quality of said glands' materials, making the vacuum to come down, influencing seriouly upon the economic and safe aspects of said units. Hence, technical retrofit of the said glands has been carried out, new ferritic and copper-alloy materials having been used for them, greatly enhancing the economic and safe aspects of the said units.
