摘 要:目的:近10年颈椎融合器正逐渐成为颈椎病的治疗的首选融合手段。评价一种可降解的生物复合材料制成的颈椎融合器的毒性及组织相容性。方法:将复合材料分别植入12只新西兰大白兔背部皮下及筋膜下,分别于4,8,12,16,20,24周取材,对其周围组织进行组织病理学切片。结果:所有植入材料未发现过敏、动物死亡等并发症,材料周围组织炎症反应较轻,可以使组织细胞快速长入。结论:HA/PLLA复合材料具有良好的生物相容性,较适宜的降解性及较高的机械强度,降解后力学丢失少,是一种有前途的颈椎融合器材料。AIM:To study the histocompatibility and the biodegradation behavior of a bioactive and bioresorbable composite of HA/PLLA cage.METHODS: Composite of HA/PLLA was implanted to the subcutaneous and muscles of 12 New Zealand rabbits. After 4,8,12,16,20,24 weeks, the composite and the surrounding tissue was extracted and was made histology ,and the basic mechanical characteristics of HA/PLLA was tested. RESULT: The present results demonstrated that HA/PLLA cage had a mild inflammatory reaction in the early days of grafting, and after 12 weeks the inflammation basically subsided. And it was shown that although the HA/PLLA cage became increasingly fragile as they degraded, they retained 80%of its initial bending strength after four weeks. Bending strength was 75%after 24 weeks in vivo. CONCLUSION:HA/PLLA cage is biodegradable, biocompatible material. It is worth further medical research and surgical application in spinal surgery.
