摘  要:目的:探寻腰椎间盘突出病变过程中腰椎生理弧度僵直的生物力学改变,为临床预防和治疗方法提供依据。方法:运用统计学方法,通过检测得出腰椎间盘突出患者弓顶距离与正常值的差异。结果:腰椎间盘突出患者多数有腰椎弓顶距离缩短。结论:腰椎弓顶距离缩短(即腰椎生理弧度僵直)是病体做出的减缓腰椎间盘突出的病理发展过程和减轻临床症状的主动的适应性改变。AIM:To explore stiff and rigid biomechanics changes of lumbar physiology curve in process of pathological changes of dish, which offer the basis for the clinical prevention and treatment. METHODS: The statistics was used to detect the different bow crest distance between the normal and patients. RESULTS: The dish of bow crest mostly made the distance of bow crest shorten. CONCLUSION: The shortening of bow crest, usually called rigor of the lumbar physiology curve, was adapted for alleviating pathological process and clinical symptom.
