摘 要:研究了不同类型水溶性高分子聚合物对喹吖啶酮颜料分散体系稳定性的影响。通过对吸附不同类型高分子聚合物后颜料红 12 2粒子的 ζ电位和分散稳定性以及分散体系粘度的研究 ,发现阴离子型高分子聚合物SMA对喹吖啶酮颜料的分散稳定性最好 ,两性型高分子聚合物分散性能次之 ,而非离子型高分子聚合物PVP较差。从而说明对于颜料红12 2粒子来说 ,非离子型水溶性高分子聚合物的空间位阻作用并不充分 ,其对颜料分散性能较差。水溶性高分子聚合物对颜料的分散主要靠静电力起作用。Effects of various types of water soluble polymers on the stability of quinacridine ketone pigment dispersion system were investigated. Through the study on the zeta -electric potential and the stability and the viscosity of the dispersing system of the pigment red 122 particles which adsorbed different types of high molecular polymers, it was discovered that anionic polymer SMA had the best stability to the pigment, followed by the amphoteric polymer, while the non-ionic polymer PVP was the worst, that is to say, as to the pigment red 122 particle, the steric effect of the non-ionic polymer.is not enough to disperse the particles, while the static force of the anionic polymer is ample to disperse the particles.
