摘　　要：分析电解质溶液的电导率与其浓度的关系 ,以及利用电磁感应制造的电磁浓度计的工作原理 ;对几种不同规格型号的电磁浓度计的测量范围进行了比较 ;就如何利用电磁浓度计对纱线丝光碱液浓度进行检测进行分析 ,结合其他控制设备可以有效提高纱线丝光的质量和稳定性。This paper covers the relationship between the electric conductivity and concentration of electrolyte solution, as well as the working principle of electromagnetic concentration meter made according to electromagnetic inductive principle, the testing scope of different models and specifications of the meters are compared, and how to measure the lye concentration in yarn mercerization with the meter is introduced. Combined with other devices, the quality and stability of the mercerized yarns are efficiently improved.
