摘 要:目的:探讨冠心病危险因素对冠状动脉病变程度的影响。方法:回顾性总结连续194例接受冠状动脉造影确诊为冠心病的病人,根据冠状动脉病变程度分为单支病变组[58例,男31例、女27例,年龄(59.9±9.77)岁]和多支病变组[136例,男91例、女45例,年龄(60.9±11.7)岁],分析其危险因素(高血压、糖尿病、家族史、吸烟及血脂水平)与冠状动脉病变严重程度的关系。结果:冠心病病人在是否有吸烟史、高密度脂蛋白降低与单支病变组比较有显著差异(P<0.05),而有吸烟史的冠心病病人其冠状动脉病变狭窄程度更为严重、完全闭塞的血管更多(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病多支病变和完全闭塞病变的发生在有吸烟史的患者中多见。在高密度脂蛋白水平降低的患者中,多支病变发生率高。Objective: To explore the influence of risk factors for coronary lesions in coronary heart disease(CHD) . Methods: : 194 cases with coronary heart disease were divided into 2 groups according to the degrees of coronary lesion by angiography. The single coronary lesion group: 58 cases [31 cases of male patients, 27 cases of female patients, the average age is (59.9±9.77)]; The multiple coronary lesion group: 136 cases[91 cases of male patients, 45cases of female patients, the average age is (60.9 ± 11.7)]. The relationship of risk factors (hypertension, diabetes mellitus, family history, smoking history, serum level of lipids) and the degrees of coronary artery lesion were analyzed. Results: there were significant differences between the two groups either in smoking or in lower high density lipoprotein levels(P < 0.05), The severity of coronary lesions in patients with smoking history is more and there were more total occluded lesions in these patients than in others(P < 0.05). Conclusion: The multiple vessels lesions and total occluded lesions is more in patients with smoking history and The multiple vessels lesions is more in patients with lower high density lipoprotein level.
