摘　　要：介绍了利用IFIX组态软件开发的卷烟厂制丝线监控系统的功能、软硬件构成等。该系统采用C S(客户端 服务器 )模式和Windows风格设计 ,界面简洁直观 ,操作方便 ,通过PLC对现场设备进行数据采集、监控设备运行情况及故障状态 ,实现了手动、自动控制及工艺参数设定等功能。The functions and makeup of monitor system in primary processing line developed on the basis of IFIX configuration software were introduced. By using client/server mode and Windows in design, the interface of this system was simple, direct, and convenient for operating. By PLC, the data of field equipments were collected, the running status of equipments were monitored, the functions such as manual-control, auto-control and parameter-setting were realized.
