摘  要:合成了3种N-烷基马来酰亚胺(MI),以MI为光引发剂引发丙烯酸化的脂肪族聚氨酯预聚物的光固化,研究了MI的结构、活性助剂以及给电性单体对光固化的影响。结果表明:MI自身结构对MI的光活性有一定的影响;但当体系中有大量的活性氢时,这种影响将被掩盖;叔胺,氯乙酸及其脂对MI的光引发有组合效应,增加了光固化速度;MI与给电性单体的组合效应不太明显。Three N-alkyl maleimides (MI) were synthesized and used as photoinitiators to initiate the photocuring of acrylated aliphatic polyurethane oligomer. The effects of N-alkyl structure, active additives and electron donors on the photocuring were studied. The results showed that MI's structure has effect on the photosensitivity of MI. This effect was diminished when components containing active hydrogen are present. Tertiary amine, Chloroacetic acid and ethyl Chloroacetate could synergize MI and increase the photocuring rate. The synergism between electron donors and MI was not obvious for the photocuring. 
