摘　　要：对CCD、ILL、CDD及Access vs.Ownership等国外文献资源建设领域的一批重要概念进行了讨论,认为存取对理论图书馆学的理论意义是建立了更加积极的图书馆发展观念,改变了图书馆学的藏用观,改变了图书馆合作或协作的模式。This paper discusses the important concepts in the field of document resource development including CCD, ILL, CDD and access vs. ownership. The concept of access leads to more aspiring ideas on library development, changes the relationship between collection and use, and also changes the pattern of library cooperation.
