摘　　要：通过对某学校住宅楼接建加固改造过程的介绍 ,提出接建纠偏和抗震加固设计思想及施工时所要注意的事项。Through the introduction of enlarging and strengthening a school's residence building, the author puts forward his thought of rectifying a deviation and anti-seism as well as points for attention during the construction.
