摘  要:以水杨酸和乙酸酐为原料、无水碳酸钠作催化剂微波辐射快速合成乙酰水杨酸 ,并用正交试验筛选出最佳合成工艺条件 :n(水杨酸 )∶n(乙酸酐 ) =1∶2 .0 ,微波功率 4 6 4W ,辐射时间 6 0s ,催化剂用量为水杨酸质量的2 % ,重结晶后产率可达 90 .8%。Acetylsalicylic acid had been synthesized by microwave radiation, using salicylic acid and acetic acid anhydrid as raw materials and anhydrous sodium carbonate as a catalyst. The optimum technological conditions obtained by orthogonal experiment were that molar ratio of salicylic acid to acetic acid anhydrid was 1∶2.0, the time of radiation was 60s, the weight of anhydrous sodium carbonate was 2% of the weight of salicylic acid, the yield was over 90.8%. The method was characteristic of easy operation control and high yield.
