摘　　要：结合两级资源管理思想和BB的概念，提出了区分服务的两级多代理资源管理框架，这一框架克服了两级单代理框架中实现困难的缺点，结合资源预约过程，可以完成区分服务端到端的资源管理。同时，通过改进COPS协议，解决了代理间的通信问题。Based on two-level resource management idea and BB concept, a framework of two-level multi-agent resource management for DiffServ is designed.With resource reservation process, this framework overcomes the present method's difficulty, and it can achieve end to end resource manage ment, too. By changing the COPS protocol, the paper achieves the communication problem between agents.
