摘　　要：提出了一种新型的热分析试验法,它能够测定金属液与型壁接触瞬间的冷却曲线,运用该方法测试得到试验数据,不仅可以完善对金属凝固过程的研究,而且还能够指导生产实践,如薄壁材料生产中的炉前快速分析等。A new type of thermal analysis method is put forward, which can measure the cooling curve when metallic liquid touches the wall of dies. The acquired testing data can not only perfect the research of metallic liquid concreting process, but also help guide the practical production process, such as the quick analysis during the thin-wall materials productions.
