摘　　要：介绍了创业投资在我国的发展现状,指出了我国创业投资开展国际合作的必要性,并在此基础上分析了我国创业投资国际合作的主要障碍,提出了适合我国国情的创业投资的国际合作模式。The current conditions of venture capitals in China are introduced, and the necessity of international cooperation is pointed out. After analyzing the obstacles of international cooperation in China, some international cooperation modes are presented.
