摘　　要：介绍用TCS法生产110dtex/36f涤纶三叶形黑色长丝生产工艺。结果表明:干切片的w(H2O)应小于20×10-6,色母粒的w(H2O)应小于40×10-6,热管温度187℃,距喷丝板距离950mm,卷绕速度为4.4km/min时,可生产出优质涤纶异形有色丝。The production process of producing 111 dtex/36 f polyester trilobal blackfilament with TCS method is introduced.The results showed that high quality polyester profiled black yarn can be produced when the moisture percentage of dry chip and masterbatch is less than 2×10-6,and 4×10-5,the thermochanel temperature is 187 ℃,the distance to the spinneret is 950 mm,the winding speed is 4.4 km/min.
