摘 要:使用硫酸铜作为铜源 ,在生长猪饲料中添加铜 ,对照组铜添加浓度为 0mg kg ,试验各组铜添加浓度为 10 0、15 0、2 0 0、2 5 0和 30 0mg kg。试验开始时采血 ,之后每隔 2 0d采血一次。测定有关血液生化指标。试验结果如下 :试验组平均血清尿素氮 (SUN0在 2 0、4 0、6 0和 80d时 ,分别降低 10 .3%、12 .0 %、9.7%和 5 .6 % ;6 0d时 2 0 0和 2 5 0mg kg铜组降幅分别达 8.7% (P <0 .0 1)和 8.4 % (P <0 .0 5 )。总蛋白 (TP)和白蛋白 (ALB)试验组比对照组均有不同程度提高 ,TP在 4 0、6 0和80d时分别提高 5 .4 %、7.2 %和 3.2 % ;ALB在 2 0、4 0、6 0和 80d时分别提高 14 .6 %、15 .5 %、16 .9%和 0 .2 3%。甘油三脂(TG3)、胆固醇 (CH)、采食量未见有显著性变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。本试验结果表明 :日粮铜水平对血液相关生化指标的影响随饲料铜浓度的差异呈现明显的阶段性差异 ,其差异的显著性与铜的促生长效应基本是一致的。pigs (average initial weight of 19.26 kg)was conducted to examine the effects of feeding different levels of dietary Cu from copper sulfate (CuSO4)on certain serum biochemical parameters. Dietary treatments were 0 (4.6 mg/kg of Cu in basal diet), 100, 150, 200, 250, or 300 mg/kg of supplemental Cu fromCuSO4. Blood samples were collected for measurement of biochemical parameters on d 0, 20, 40, 60, and 80 of the experiment. Concentrations of urea N in serum in pigs supplemented with Cu decreased on d 20, 40, 60, and 80 (10.3%, 12.0%, 9.7%, and 5.6%) by supplement Cu. Serum urea N decreased (Pless than 0.5) significantly on d 60 in pigs supplemented with 200 and 250 mg/kg of Cu. Addition of Cu increased serum total protein and albumin. The average increased percentages of total protein on d 40, 60, and 80 was 5.4, 7.2, and 3.2, and albumin on d 20, 40, 60, and 80 were 14.6, 15.5, 16.9, and 0.23, respectively. The effects of supplemental Cu in diets on serum biochemical parameters in pig depent on the phrases of pig growth. The role of Cu in stimulating growth in pig is derived from increasing the efficiency of nutrient utilization. The influences of Cu on serum biochemical parameters indicated a direct action of Cu on the growth regulatory system.
