摘 要:研究了萃取法脱除催化裂化轻汽油中碱性氮化物的工艺。考察了萃取剂种类和各种工艺条件对碱性氮脱除率的影响。小型试验表明 ,在萃取温度 2 5℃、水油体积比 0 .0 5 ,沉降时间 15min及萃取次数 3次的条件下 ,的碱性氮脱除率可达 87%以上。中型试验结果表明 ,在温度 2 5℃、压力 0 .4MPa、水油比 0 .0 5、二级沉降的条件下 ,残余碱性氮小于 0 .0 6 μg g ,碱性氮脱除率大于 90 .6 2 %,满足固体酸催化剂对原料中碱性氮的限制。There are a few of basic nitrides in light catalytic cracking gasoline, which tend to react with the acidic centers of catalysts and deactivate the catalysts used in the processes for the conversion of catalytic cracking gasoline. A process for the removal of basic nitrides from light catalytic cracking gasoline by Extraction was studied in this paper. Effect of extractants and various operational parameters on the removal of basic nitrides was investigated. Results of small scale tests showed that under the conditions of temperature 25 ℃,V(water)/V(light gasoline) 0.05, settlement time 15min and extraction times 3, the removal rate of basic nitrides was over 87 %. Results of pilot plant test showed that when temperature was 25 ℃, pressure was 0.4 MPa, V(water)/V(light gasoline) 0.05, and two-grade settlement, the removal of basic nitrides was more than 90.62 %,and remnant basic nitrides was lower than 0.06 μg/g, which meeted the limit of solid acidic catalysts to basic nitrides in feeds.
