摘 要:提出了一种新型镀层作为电镀金刚石工具的胎体材料。指出 ,镍钴锰镀层具有比镍钴或镍锰镀层更高的综合机械性能和低得多的钴含量 ,更适合于制造电镀金刚石工具 ,将是一种很有发展前途的更新换代镀层。本文着重介绍了采用新镀层制备金刚石工具的具体过程和工艺条件 ,以及所制出的小尺寸工具对石材进行加工时的良好表现。This paper proposed a new type of Ni-Co-Mn alloy coating as the matrix material of electroplated diamond tools. The hardness and toughness of the Ni-Co-Mn coating were measured and compared with those of Ni-Co or Ni-Mn coating, which is commonly used in the industry. The results showed that Ni-Co-Mn coating had better comprehensive mechanical properties than Ni-Co or Ni-Mn coating and is therefore more suitable for making electroplated diamond tools. Small-dimensioned diamond tools made with Ni-Co-Mn coating have shown good performance when processing stone. It is expected that this new type of matrix material will be an up-to-date substitute for traditional materials.
